From the first conversation to launch, I run the project in seven steps. At each one you see what’s done and what happens next.

A first conversation
We talk through what you need, work out who the site is for and what its goal is. I ask about the details to best understand your business needs.

Quote and scope
You get a quote, a list of what’s included in the project and how it can be developed later, plus a delivery date.
- 03
Layout design
We agree on the look and how content is arranged, first for phone, then for desktop. You approve the direction before I start building.
- 04
Build
I build the site in two versions. I show progress, so you watch it grow instead of getting everything at the very end.
- 05
Review and fixes
You review the finished site, send your notes, I fix them. We polish the details until it’s right.
- 06
Launch
The site goes on the server, I connect the domain and check speed, forms and visibility in Google. It has to work from day one.
- 07
Ongoing care
After launch I stay on. Updates, backups, small changes and new ideas as the business grows.
